The program includes dining, multipurpose activity spaces, physical and occupational therapy and outdoor activity space for gardening, pacing, relaxing, and watching the neighborhood for about 60 seniors, many of whom suffer from Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. The plan creates a pedestrian link to the “mother” facility across the street and two private, protected outdoor areas.
